The Sport Club Eggen's annual "Festa delle Malghe/Schupfenfest" is a wonderful opportunity for enjoying a day of good food and company at the foot of the Latemar.
The festival takes place on the first Sunday in August between the idyllic pastures of Val d'Ega and Pampeago, where people of all ages come together to stroll, eat, drink, and have fun.
On this particular day you get a retourn ticket for only 5,00 Euros for the chair lift "Oberholz" or the cable car "Ochsenweide" open for the occasion from 8.30 to 18.00/19.00, so visitors can easily reach the mountains pastures.
