The Eggental valley runs up from Bolzano/Bozen towards the Dolomite massifs of the Rosengarten and Latemar, itself the source of the stream that carved out the valley: all marked by rugged rock formations, lush meadows and steep mountain slopes. With its 530 kilometres of hiking trails and two ski areas, the valley is the ideal place for visitors to relax and enjoy life!
The Eggental valley is a place to relax in natural surroundings in summer and winter alike: from sporting challenges to gentle strolls and culinary treats, you will always find exactly what you’re looking for: this area is home to numerous mountain refuges and ski huts, together with countless kilometres of hiking trails and perfectly groomed pistes!
