Obereggen, the Dolomites ski area
On your skis, get set, go!
Located directly under the Latemar massif in the heart of the Dolomites, yet just 20 minutes by car from the city of Bolzano, the Obereggen ski area is (in) the ideal place to attract avid winter sports enthusiasts - year after year!
Welcome to a Land of Winter Action!
With 48 kilometres of pistes and 18 lifts, two toboggan runs and a snow park, not to mention a children's area and childcare so even the little ones can have plenty of winter fun: it should be no surprise that Obereggen and the entire Ski Center Latemar have been praised by Skiresort.de as one of the world's leading ski resorts! In addition - and this is a unique highlight - the entire Obereggen area is served by a district heating system, ensuring that winter, nature and sustainability go hand in hand here at the foot of the Latemar range.
Four in one: the ski carousel
It’s true: buy a ski pass in Obereggen and one ski resort becomes four! A multi-day ski pass for Obereggen gives access to the Obereggen/Val di Fiemme grouping, which combines the Ski Center Latemar with the areas of Alpe Lusia, Alpe Cermis and Jochgrimm-Oclini – a total of 111 km of slopes! And that's not all:
Even more kilometres!
Obereggen also belongs to the Dolomiti Superski carousel, the world's largest ski area, with a total of 1,200 km of pistes to satisfy even the most demanding of winter sports fans! There is no end to the winter adventures here, as you can quickly switch from skiing to tobogganing, or try a cross-country ski trail! And then there are the winter hiking trails through the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Dolomites…
