New and very spacious (130 m²) luxury apartment in the heart of the Dolomites with a breathtaking view of the Latemar invites you to relax in front of a crackling open fire after an intense day of skiing or after an atmospheric hike in the surrounding mountains. The house, built entirely in wood, is located in Eggen at 1,130 m, only 20 minutes by car from Bolzano. The villa is equipped with high-quality new furniture and a modern kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired. A large terrace and an even larger garden are available (in the summer months including fresh vegetables). Also a covered private parking space is available to guests. The ski area of Obereggen is only 5 minutes away by car and the ski area Carezza can be reached in 10 minutes. The enchanting Lake Carezza can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
