Beef & Snow
This winter, skiers in Carezza and Obereggen can combine fun on the slopes with the finest local beef from the Eggental Valley in the heart of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The ski huts in Obereggen and Carezza as well as restaurants throughout the Eggental Valley will be serving a range of dishing prepared using excellent local meat.
The project aims to highlight the quality of meat from the region and underline the importance of partnerships between tourism and farmers in the valley.
After all, during the summer months it is the cows who graze high up on the lush meadows of Obereggen and Carezza where skiers and snowboarders carve their turns in winter!
